Creator Catalyst Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Creator Catalyst (the app operated by Sturdy Thoughts), you agree to these Terms of Service. This includes connecting your Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube account through the Creator Catalyst platform. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Creator Catalyst is an AI-driven profile audit and analytics app for content creators, operated by Sturdy Thoughts. We use the official Meta Graph API, TikTok Display API, and YouTube Data API to read your public profile and media data to generate a Creator Score and provide actionable feedback.

3. TikTok Integration

Creator Catalyst connects to TikTok via TikTok's official Login Kit and Display API. By connecting your TikTok account you authorise Creator Catalyst to access your TikTok profile information and video metadata (as described in our Privacy Policy) solely to generate your Creator Score and audit report.

We access the following TikTok scopes: user.info.basic (display name, bio, follower count, avatar) and video.list (recent video metadata including titles, thumbnails, view/like/share counts, and post dates). We do not access or store TikTok video files.

You may revoke Creator Catalyst's access to your TikTok account at any time by visiting TikTok Settings → Security → Manage app permissions and removing Creator Catalyst from the list.

When using Creator Catalyst in connection with TikTok, you must comply with the TikTok Terms of Service.

4. User Responsibilities

You must be the owner or authorised manager of any social media account you connect or audit.
You may not use Creator Catalyst to access TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube data belonging to accounts you do not own or have explicit authorisation to audit.
You agree not to use our service for any illegal or unauthorised purpose.
You agree to provide accurate information when submitting an audit.

5. Disclaimers

Creator Catalyst is an analytics and educational tool. We do not guarantee increased follower counts, higher engagement, brand deal income, or any financial gain as a result of using our audits. All AI feedback is for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice.

6. Platform Affiliations

Creator Catalyst is an independent app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms Inc., TikTok Inc. (ByteDance), or Google LLC. Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube are trademarks of their respective owners.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of Creator Catalyst is also governed by our Creator Catalyst Privacy Policy, which describes what data we collect, how we use it, and how you can request deletion.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Creator Catalyst if you violate these terms or misuse any platform API in a way that breaches Meta's Platform Policies, TikTok's Developer Terms, or Google's API Terms of Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Creator Catalyst after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
